Oglala Lakota County is accepting sealed bids for 43 SURPLUS vehicles.
Bids are due to the Business Manager's Office by 12 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
Many of these vehicles do not run. Many have great AUTO bodies and parts.
There is a minimum bid of $300.00 per vehicle. All vehicles have South Dakota Titles.
Bids must be received in a sealed envelope, with the vehicle number listed on the envelope. Payment must be paid within 5 days after the notice of Award is made. Payment must be in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check.
The buyer must remove the vehicle from the designated holding location within 10 days of the Notice of Award date and time.
Guarantee Waiver: All vehicles are sold (as-is) (where-is). OLCSD makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the vehicle offered for sale.
Bidders can inspect vehicles until the day before the bid opening during OLCSD's work hours.
The vehicles have been declared surplus bythe OLCSD Board Action in accordance with SDCL 6-13-4.
