Good evening, Oglala Lakota County School District Students, Parents, and Staff. This is Connie Kaltenbach, Superintendent.
As the storm moves out, we still have a bit of moisture on the roads, and low temperatures tonight could make for slick, icy roads first thing in the morning. For that reason, we will start classes at 10:00 AM, with a 2-hour late start.
This includes the schools at Batesland, Batesland Online Academy, Red Shirt, Rockyford, Wolf Creek, Lakota Tech High School, Virtual High School, and the District Office.
Again, a 2-hour late start for students and staff. Classes begin at 10:00 AM.
